Summer Camp Information
Drop off is anytime between 8:00 -8:30am and pick up is between 12:15pm-12:30pm. There will be an additional charge if camper is picked up after 12:30pm.
If your camper has respiratory symptoms (cough, runny nose, or sore throat) and a fever, they should not attend camp. Your camper should also stay home if they have these symptoms: Signs of severe illness such as being unresponsive, irritable, having difficulty breathing, or has a quickly spreading rash, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and vomiting. They can return once their symptoms and/or fever associated with these symptoms has been gone for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medicine. If staff feel your camper is a wellness threat, we will send camper to the office for a wellness check and have the right to send them home or not allow them to attend camp for the day.
We will meet in the Pioneer Room and head out to the courts promptly at 8:30am. There will be a sign in and sign out sheet every day at the Front Desk. Please let us know if anyone besides parent/guardian will be picking up.
Tennis clinic is from 8:30-10:30am. We have plenty of racquets, but you can bring your own racquet (it would be good to put your name on the racquet). All campers get 25% off Junior Racquets in our Pro Shop for June and July. You are welcome to come and watch any day as well. We will be going to Chris Davidson Opportunity Park for a little while right after clinics and before lunch.
We will be providing snacks and lunch. Please let me know ASAP if your camper has any food allergies & make sure your food allergies are listed on the medical form.
Campers should bring a water bottle, wear sunscreen, sneakers are a must, and a hat (optional).
